Ordering, accounts, delivery, payments and support — answers for the Mactech store and services.
Browse categories or search for a product, open the product page, choose quantity or variant, then add to cart. Review the cart and proceed to checkout. For bulk or special pricing, use the enquiry form or request a B2B account.
Guest checkout may be available depending on store settings. For repeated B2B orders, wholesale rates and order history, we recommend registering and requesting a business account via the contact page.
Email care@mactechengineers.com with product codes, quantities and delivery location, use the contact enquiry form, or open a ticket on the support portal. Attach BOQs or drawings when possible for faster pricing.
During maintenance, online orders may not process automatically. Please call, WhatsApp or email your requirements; our team will confirm pricing and process the order offline until the store is fully active again.
Submit a B2B access request from the contact page (enquiry type: B2B / wholesale). Our team verifies your business details and enables account-level pricing where applicable. You can also WhatsApp or call the sales desk during business hours.
Use “Forgot password” on the login page. If you still cannot access your account, contact care@mactechengineers.com with your registered email or open a ticket on the support portal so we can verify and assist.
Yes. We support deliveries across India through our logistics partners. Lead times depend on product readiness (ready stock vs indent), destination and carrier. Shipping options and estimates appear at checkout or in your quotation.
After dispatch you receive tracking details by email or SMS where available. You can also contact support with your order number via email, WhatsApp or the support portal for status updates.
Online checkout supports the payment options enabled on the store (cards, UPI, net banking, etc., as configured). For B2B customers, approved credit terms or bank transfer may be arranged after account verification. Never share OTPs or card details over WhatsApp.
Yes. Checkout runs on SSL-encrypted connections. Payments are processed through the store’s configured payment provider; Mactech does not store full card numbers on the website.
Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Emails and portal tickets received outside hours are handled on the next business day. WhatsApp messages are attended during the same window.
Contact us within the applicable return/replacement window with order number, photos (if damaged), and reason. Prefer email or the support portal so the case is logged. Field or technical issues can be routed to our support team for on-site guidance where relevant.
