We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorisation for any transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon with our acquiring bank.

2Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms
After making payment to MACTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment by contacting finance@mactechengineers.com or +91 97890 52515.
MACTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to accept or reject a cancellation request at its sole discretion, including where order processing, dispatch or service preparation has already begun. Any concerns or disputes will be handled directly between MACTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED and the customer.
Replacement Terms
MACTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept replacement requests under any circumstances. Please review your order before making payment.
Refund Terms
MACTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED considers refund requests only for proven product defects, transit damage or service issues. To request a refund, contact MACTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED at finance@mactechengineers.com or +91 97890 52515 within 7 days of delivery or service completion, with invoices, order details and supporting information.
MACTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED may accept or reject a refund request at its sole discretion. If approved, refunds will be processed within the timeline communicated by MACTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED. 3Shipping and delivery
We ship within India. For deliveries to countries outside India, contact customer care for a shipping quote at care@mactechengineers.com.
- We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding select holidays.
- Dispatch cut-off time is 12 noon IST.
- You will be notified by email once your order is processed and shipped.
- India dispatch: 1–3 business days for in-stock items. International: 4–7 business days.
For back-ordered items, please check with customer care for the actual lead time.
4Duties and international fees
Deliveries outside India may incur duties, taxes, or charges not included in the displayed total price. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unforeseen charges.
